Due to its nature as a working dog, the Jamthund requires frequent exercise. Long walks, jogging, romps and play sessions are recommended for this breed. This dog also enjoys activities such as sledding, hunting, or accompanying its owner on hikes and snowshoe adventures.
Regular brushing is required for your Jamthund.
This breed is high-spirited and loveable. The Jamthund has a friendly demeanor typical of most Spitz breeds. It makes a great family companion, but a poor guard dog.
