History and Facts: The Levesque is named after its breeder, Rogatien Levasque. He crossed the Blue Gascony, Grand Gascon Saintongeois and English Foxhound to create a smaller, agile hunter.

Temperament / Behavior
Little is known about this breed, but it is thought to be extinct. It's believed that the last of the Levesque have been incorporated into the development of the Chien Francais Blanc et Noir.
