The Black and Tan Coonhound is good-natured, intelligent, loyal and mellow.

CHD; hip dysplasia; ectropion; hemophilia

Special Needs
Exercise: The Black and Tan Coonhound requires regular vigorous exercise. This dog is not suited for apartments, city life or kennels.

Grooming: The Black and Tan Coonhound needs minimal grooming: occasional brushing and bathing. Must check ears regularly.
